Overnight Oats Three Ways

Five minutes of prep the night before, grab-and-go breakfast in the morning. Three flavor combos to keep things interesting all week.

Base Recipe (for each jar)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Variation 1: Peanut Butter Banana

Add 1 tbsp peanut butter to the base. Top with sliced banana and a drizzle of honey in the morning.

Variation 2: Mixed Berry

Stir in 1/4 cup mixed frozen berries with the base. They thaw overnight and create a natural berry syrup. Top with granola.

Variation 3: Apple Cinnamon

Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Top with diced apple, chopped walnuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup in the morning.

Instructions

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a mason jar or container with a lid.
  2. Add your chosen variation mix-ins.
  3. Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir, add toppings, and eat cold or heat for 2 minutes.
