Hi, I’m Chris. I started this site because I got tired of recipe blogs that bury the actual recipe under walls of text and pop-up ads. I wanted a clean, simple place to share the food I actually cook at home.
I’m not a trained chef. I’m a home cook who learned from family, trial and error, and way too many YouTube videos. The recipes here are the ones that have earned a permanent spot in my rotation. They’re tested, approachable, and designed for people who want to eat well without spending three hours in the kitchen.
