Grandma's Tomato Soup

4 tbsp butter | 1 onion, diced
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Sauté onion in butter 5 min.
Add tomatoes, simmer 20 min.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in cream, season to taste.
